Who you are dealing with

Local Talker is a trading name of PoshLayer Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 17359605, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean PoshLayer Ltd.

The service

Local Talker provides AI-powered call answering, qualification and booking for businesses, under a monthly agreement set out in each customer's order form. Service descriptions on this website are indicative; the order form governs.

Acceptable use

The service may only be used for lawful business communication. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of call recording, transcription and outbound contact complies with the laws of their jurisdiction, including consent and telemarketing rules.

Availability

We target continuous availability but the service is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. Service-level commitments, where agreed, are set out in the order form.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
